My name is Dung, and my full name is Dam Tien


Dung. Today, I would like to talk about my eating habits.

First of all, I want to share with you my food passions. The food that makes me
crazy is hamburger. I usually eat it in the morning three to four times per week.
I often eat when I go to school or work. I often eat with my friends. I really like
hamburgers because they are very delicious and have a lot of nutrition, such as
protein and carbohydrates. The beef is salty, but inside there are sweet
vegetables and a spicy taste of chili sauce. I’m not crazy about fish because I'm
allergic to seafood. Before, I used to be crazy about sweet foods, but now I
don’t like them because they have a lot of fat and sugar, are easily harmful to
teeth, and make me gain weight.

Secondly, I would like to talk about my eating habits and health. I always eat
three meals a day. I usually eat with my family, and I have a healthy diet
because it helps me stay in shape and improve my health, so I think I’m a
healthy eater. I always eat too many vegetables and protein foods, drink up to
two liters of water every day, and avoid fast food. I often eat beef, pork, some
eggs, and vegetables in my daily meals. These foods provide me with a lot of
nutrition, such as protein, vitamins, and carbohydrates. In addition, there are
some unhealthy eating habits we should avoid, which are: eating too much fast
food, drinking less water, eating quickly, skipping breakfast, etc. So I think
eating habits affect health and longevity, because having good eating habits will
help us have good health and prolong life.

Finally, I would like to talk about my favorite type of diet. The name of my
favorite diet is the Atkin Diet. This diet helps me stay in shape, doesn’t gain
weight, and is good for my health. To follow this diet, I need to eat a lot of
protein foods, such as beef, chicken, pork, and eggs. I also need to eat
vegetables and drink some fruit juice. Besides that, some foods I need to avoid,
which are sweet food, sugary food, pasta, and soft drinks, aren't good for my
health.

In conclusion, I would say that eating habits are very important to one’s health.
That is why I used to eat a lot of junk food, but now I don’t. I try to eat healthier
so that I will have better health. That is the end of my speaking. Thanks for your
