3 - Food and Healthy – Good eating habits can change your life.

Everyone knows the importance of have a good nutrition, and how good eating habits can give us a
healthier life. It is almost impossible to have a healthy life if you eat “dirty”, like eating junk food every
day. It’s a big challenge for everyone, especially for people who live in large cities where this kind of
restaurants are gaining popularity.

Following a balanced diet, mainly consuming fresh and healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and foods
with a high concentration of protein, for example poultry meat, eggs, and fish, will make a big difference
in your life. Another tip is to avoid fried foods and replace to roasted, boiled, or grilled foods. After
studies, it has been proved that extreme diets are not healthy and are a thing of the past.

A “clean” diet, combined with physical exercise, is the key to a longer and healthier life. Do you want to
eat everything that you WANT for a short time or eat more foods that your body NEED for a long time?
Think about it if you really want to live a long and healthy life and change your habits while you have
time!
