3.Healthy food or fast food? Why?

Nowadays, junk food is more and more popular with young people in the world. They eat
it every day and replace it for main meals. In my perspective, healthy food is better than
junk food. Because inside they contain many healthy substances, and they have fewer
calories than junk food. For example, vegetables are one of the foods that is good for
health. Besides, their fiber will help the body to absorb easily, and digestive system will
be better. In addition, fresh fruit is also so good for us if we eat it every day accompanied
by regular exercise. There is no denying that healthy food will assist us to have a healthy
heart and have skin beauty. Particularly, our health is improving day by day, mental
health is also better, and longevity will be longer than those who eat junk food regularly.
In short, to have a healthy body we should eat healthy food and lead a healthy lifestyle
without stimulants and fast food.
