Food is always a difficult question for everyone. What should I eat for breakfast, for lunch and for
dinner? Every day you have to find a solution. Moreover than choice of time and combination of dishes
for it you’re eating habits depends on calories and other stuff which is included in your food.

But it sounds thorny, now let’s talk about influence on your health, another thing but quit close one.
Going to the shop to buy something for your meal you think, will I feel comfortable after eating? That’s
the question about healthy. Trying different food you find out that some kinds of it make you feel heavy,
and other feel light. So we find vegetables and meat in small portion beneficial to the body. Quite a long
time ago, scientists and food lovers have figured out that the key to healthy eating is balance. But in my
opinion everyone decides for himself through trial and error. Although, I will still tell you what the
experts think. Healthy foods are those that provide you with the nutrients you need to sustain your
body's well-being and retain energy. Water, carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals are the
key nutrients that make up a healthy, balanced diet.
So what is the diet? I believe that it is a suffering, which may help you in future. And why do we make
ourselves suffer? In my opinion, this is the only way to improve the body. And we find the meaning, the
diet is an eating plan in which someone eats less food, or only particular types of food, because they
want to become thinner or for other medical reasons. Sometimes athletes to become stronger use the
practice of diet. They grow their mass with proteins and vitamins eating one type or group of foods. This
is called the sports diet. In my experience, I tried it once, I do not recommend it. You will lose your form
quit fast; you will spend too many resources for nothing. It is not worth it. In conclusion there are many
variants of diet, choose wisely not to regret about it.

You may think, how can I be healthy without a diet? Don’t panic, humanity has find a solution. In our
modern era, there are many sources of quality food. One wise man said a long time ago - You are what
you eat. It is the true. Everything depends on the quality of food, taste, digestion, and mood. Quality
food increases the length of life. Scientists have proven that poor quality food is the cause of weakness
and many diseases. I also accept it. Due to Low-quality food, most often fast food, I have a
stomachache, problems with sleep and even allergy. Nevertheless, this principle is not as simple as it
looks. Mostly not everyone can afford quality food. Nowadays, chemicals and harmful substances are
widely used, thanks to which food becomes cheaper, but loses in quality. Natural healthy food is
expensive. This is how things stand and the idea is confirmed.

With hectic work and family schedules, many people find it hard to carve out the time to prepare meals
at home. If you compare eating in to eating out in terms of convenience alone, restaurant food wins the
contest. When convenience is your main criterion, you are likely to eat out every few days. I think it is
better to eat out, it saves time. To prepare delicious food you need to find place in your busy schedule,
so this variant solves the problem and keeps the schedule in shape. You can make eating in more
convenient by cooking main dishes like stews and roasts on the weekend to use throughout the week,
or investing in a slow-cooker that prepares your dinner while you’re at work.

It’s not a secret that fast food is bad for you. I don’t think I just blew your mind by saying that. I do,
however, think that people believe that there’s nothing wrong with eating fast food in moderation. It
really comes down to ignorance being blissful. I love the analogy that our bodies are like vehicles. You
want the best fuel for your car, but do you always provide the right fuel for your body? The fast food
industry gives that option to people, giving you regular when your gas-guzzler requires premium. The
main reason fast food should be foods to avoid is an obvious one: it can lead to many health problems
such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Fast food consumption is probably one of the most
common addictions that nobody talks about. The addiction leads to disease.And it must be forbidden,
however it is quite difficult to avoid this temptation

Honestly I like Japanese cuisine very much. Actually it always disappoints when people think that sushi is
the only dish of Japanese. The typical Japanese meal consists of a bowl of rice (gohan), a bowl of miso
soup (miso shiru), pickled vegetables (tsukemono) and fish or meat. While rice is the staple food, several
kinds of noodles (udon, soba and ramen) are cheap and very popular for light meals. As an island nation,
the Japanese take great pride in their seafood. A wide variety of fish, squid, octopus, eel, and shellfish
appear in all kinds of dishes from sushi to tempura. Sushi often are prepared for holidays. Also the use
to eat meat of many forms, but it is quite expensive and that is why it is quite rare on the table. As I
know the main idea of this cuisine is balance. For meal they prefer many dishes with small content. Their
eating habits are sort of philosophy. You have to spend loads of time and money to understand them.
Anyway I promise, you will fall in love with Japanese food.

At various times in history British food has been the envy of Europe. In the eighteenth century British
people had the best cooking in Europe. People who visited Britain from other European countries said
that nowhere else you could find such tender juicy steaks, such thick-cut mutton chops and huge pieces
of beef. British pies were famous throughout Europe. I was in England too and I found that today it
degrades, connecting with other cuisines. Maybe it was just misfortune. British meat pies are still
delicious, I remember this delightful taste. We still can find English food very nourishing because of the
quality of the ingredients and didn’t need complicated recipes. Some famous British dishes have strange
or surprising names. «Welsh rabbit», for example, contains no rabbit at all. It is made with bread, beer,
mustard and cheese. But other as Guinness pie really contains ingredients which are mentioned in their
names. I think everyone who speaks English should try this cuisine. It really helps when it comes to
understanding the British nation
