1. Pupils sit in pairs to practise the target language.
2. Teacher randomly calls out a few pupils to demonstrate.
3. Pupils stand in two lines facing each other. They say the target
language to the friend in front of them and vice versa. Pupils
move in a clockwise movement while repeating the target
language with the whole class.
Post lesson
Pupils are divided into two groups (boys and girls). Pupils try to
use the target language by trying to remember their friends’

3. Pupils play the ‘Colour Game’. Every group is given a Colour
Mat. Puzzle pieces of different colours are randomly put outside
the class or by the corridor. Pupils must listen to teacher’s

correct colour piece for their group.
Post lesson
At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to listen and pick at
least 4 correct puzzle pieces.

ENGLISH Learning outcome: Pupils will be able to identify the shapes of the
letters and read aloud the phonemes of letter correctly
Activities:
1) Revise/Sing the song “All Day Long”.
2) Pupils are divided into 4 groups.
3) Pupils are guided to make finger puppets (snake, monkey, bee
and bird) in their group.
4) Pupils sing the song together using the finger puppets made.
