Dear Ms. xxx:

We are humbly appealing to your good office to allow our son, (Name of Son),
for re-admission to XXX School as incoming Grade 12 this School Year 2019-
2020.

He is a graduate of this school and have always intended to continue and finish
his senior high school education here. However, due to an offer of full
basketball scholarship, he transferred to XXX University. For two (2)
semesters, he managed to balance sports and academics, however, much to his
dismay, he realized that in XXX University, athletics takes precedence over
academics. Soon after, they both expressed their desire to return to XXX
School and after much consideration and reflection, we have decided that it
would best if they will continue their senior high school education in XXX
School.

As parents, we have always believed in the quality education that XXX School
offers. It would be meaningful to our family if our son would be able to finish
Senior High School in XXX School and more importantly, it will be the best
preparation they could have as they go to college.

We are looking forward to your kind consideration regarding this important

matter and we are very hopeful that XXX School will accept them. Thank you.
