##########  Instalation instruction on Windows 7 -64 Bit Platform #######

1. instal sécuritie modul for Windows 7 -64 Bit Platform x64(KB3033929) & (KB2921916)
2. Update your instaled Java
3. Switch off internet

4. Go to instalation Folder " ODIS Service 5.1.6 "

5. Run ass Administrator the EXE "OffboardDiagSetup-Service_VWMCD_5_1_6-B51_6_0_10 "

 
  - choose Language
  - choose instalation Directory ( best let standard Instalation Folder )
  - choose your Diag interface VAS 5054 or Passthrough   
          ( on many instruction Videos shows Choose VAs5054 and then click ok.
            and then click back and then choose passthrough an click again on ok.
            it should install both. But i'm not sure about this step.
            even the way choose the one you need )

  - when ask for license chose license.dat file in /ODIS Service 5.1.6/Patch
  - click ok when Finisch instalation (do not restart )

6. Replace your ODIS Programm Launscher on the DEsktop with the one in the
  PAtch folder "OffboardDiagLauncher"

7. Copy the file  "de.volkswagen.odis.vaudas.launcher_4.51.2"

  from folder /ODIS Service 5.1.6/Patch/plugins and go replace the one in
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_System_Service\plugins

8. Right click on "ODIS Programm Launsher" on Desktop and then click properties, then click on
top
  "compability" an in the bottom set the option " run ass Administrator"

9. Open ODIS Programm

10.on the Postsetup instalationn chose the /ODIS Service 5.1.6/PostSetup Directory
  click on rick Arrow and say ok too all, chose your language, click ok,
  let it finisch it take over 90 minutes
11.When Finish restart PC
12.open ODIS programm
13.connect VAS5054 with USB cabel to PC and OBD-port of a vehicle
14.Windows should find and install automaticly DRivers for VAS5054.
15.close Odis.
16.then go to folder ..\ODIS Service 5.1.6\Drivers for clone VAS5054\VAS5054 ??????\1.20.042
  and copy VAS5054 folder and go replace the one in
  " C:\Program Files (x86)\Softing\D-PDU API\1.20.042\VeCom\VAS5054
 
  when you open ODIS with your VAS5054 connected you have the error
  "ODS2522E Infarstucture .....  " make step 16 again, but chose 1.20.041 driver
  this time. work for me
