i got win7x64 Xentry 12.2019

installation guide WIS 10.2019 with ewaserver without

deinstalltion EPC server Databank...

work for me 100%

If you have already installed last offline Version

EPC 11.2018 database no problem (only database must be safed)

in case you have installed newer WIS than 03.2019 is better

to clean all ewaserver with cleantool from iso.file
(G:\ewa\tools\cleanEwaInstallation)
but before rename epc database so it will not deleted all and you will safe a lot
of time when you install again...

Now install only WIS 03.2019 with explorer "start" will install now
"ewaserver"1.29.35.22 this is last Version that supports EPC
without deleting Database.
i think it have something to do with this ewa server Version.

wis 07.2019 you can install without problems in admintool

via settings-expanded-additional functions will open a new tab
here you can update wis databank 07.2019

but wis 10.2019 is different if you try this way like 07.2019
will install database but finaly you get error message installation
failed (point 6 testing database)
because wis 10.2019 need ewaserver version 1.31
if you install this ewa version it will kill epc database directly.

now the trick.....

copy from wis 10.2019 iso.file only ewa_admin folder and save it place you
prefer!!!

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EWA\ewa_admin folder and cut out only ewa admintool
"leave all others
in peace" and save it in place you like...

now copy ewa admintool wis 10.2019 in C:\Program Files (x86)\EWA\ewa_admin folder.

open admintool with admin rihts you see only 3 green ligths EPC server is
missing no problem
do same like Wis 07.2019 (settings-expanded-additional functions)
now you can update wis databank without problems.

to see if everything went fine go to ewa server login

with admin 12345 (or what you password given)

look under programs and epc is still there you can open like usual

by the way update wis 11.2019 work too this way.....
