MANUAL FOR CGR GHINASSI E-COMMERCE

COMMERCE
LOG IN

- Go to http://ec.ghinassi.com
- Insert your username and password as given by your sales manager
- Click on the “LOGIN” button.
MAIN PAGE

Here you can find useful info such as special promos, brochures, and all
the news from CGR. From our main menu you can access to:
- Complete catalog (browse items through several filters)
- Rubber tracks (find rubber tracks by applications / measurements)
- Order entry (place orders / enquiries or pay by credit card)
- Basket management (check your e-commerce entries)
- Order tracking (check your order status / download invoices)
- Area download (download brochures, promos, or your price list)
COMPLETE CATALOG & RUBBER TRACKS

You can browse through our catalogue by using one or more of the
available filters (brand, application, product classification, etc.);
You can find price and availability for our rubber tracks; fill in the
information for either APPLICATION or SIZE.
ORDER TRACKING & AREA DOWNLOAD

You can check the status of your order and download your invoice
from the Order Tracking page.
Your list price and special promotions / brochures are available for
downloading on the Area Download page.
ORDER ENTRY & BASKET MANAGEMENT

When first entering the Order Entry page, you will be required to create
a new basket. You can cancel and modify your current and past baskets
from the Basket Management page.
HOW TO: CHECK PRICE&AVAILABILITY AND SEND AN ORDER
OR ENQUIRY (ORDER ENTRY PAGE)

Type the item requested, then press TAB and insert the quantity;
You can directly import an excel file (p/n in the first column, qty in the
second one); use the SFOGLIA/BROWSE and UPLOAD buttons on the left;
By adding an item, you can check brand, manufacturer, description,
minimum quantity, available quantity, next arrival, weight, and price;
Use the yellow post-it to leave a note or the eraser to cancel the line;

If more than one brand is available, a window will pop up so that you can
choose within the available options;
Once you’re done, click on “COMPLETE ORDER / REQUEST”.
If you want to, you can add a shipping address (if it differs from your
usual invoicing address), you can choose the carrier and delivery type
(please select EXW if you ship through your account number; CPT+ if you
ship through our account number charging the freight charges directly
on the invoice) and add other usual information such as notes to your
Sales Manager.
If an item is not in stock, you will be informed by a red sign.
Once you’re done, you can SAVE or PRINT your basket;
You can confirm your ORDER or REQUEST AN OFFER; your Sales Manager
will receive notification of your order and we will send you a final
confirmation including freight charges (where applicable).
HOW TO: PAY BY CREDIT CARD
Your Sales Manager, along with the final confirmation, will give you a
reference p/n to proceed with the payment: for example 20160400XXXX;

Please type this p/n on ORDER ENTRY page (use a clean basket) with
quantity set as 1. Proceed with the order and click on PAY AND ORDER in
the following page.
