    In view of the existing Community Quarantine being implemented due to the Covid-
    19 Pandemic, I hereby express acceptance for the travel of the following individuals
    back to our municipality:

    1. MR. WILLIAM B. MALLONGA


    2. MR. KURT LAWRENCE B. MALLONGA
    3. MS. KATE LOUISE B. MALLONGA
    4. MR. KLAUD LIAM B. MALLONGA

    However, said travel will only be accepted upon presentation of the necessary travel
    documents such as Travel Authority and Medical Certificate upon arrival.

    This certification is issued to the above-named person to facilitate the needed travel
    documents.
