AGREEMENT OF PARTNERSHIP

Haji Ashraf, Qadri & Qureshi General Traders, LLC Dubai (Partner No. 1)
Ejaz Ahmed S/O Muhammad Hussain, Azish Gloves, Faisalabad (Partner No. 2)

It is stated that a business is being started on partnership basis with following terms and
conditions:
1. It is decided that we will produce yarn by penja and other processes.
2. The all types of raw material will be provided by partner no. 1.
3. All the investment will be done by partner no. 1.
4. All the production work will be managed by partner no. 2.
5. The profit after all types of expenditures on production will be divided with the following
ratio:
Partner No. 1 = 75%
Partner No. 2 = 25%
6. The agreement of partnership is reached by mutual consent. Both parties will abide by the
terms and conditions written above completely.

It is stated that I shall receive 30 Seamless Knitted Machines from you. I shall pay 10 lac rupess
in advance and 25 lac rupees at the time of delivery of machines. The remaining payment will be
given to you in equal installments of 3 lac at the time of the delivery of each container.
