Blended Learning Approach
Blended learning is an approach to education that combines online
educational and opportunities for interaction online with traditional place-based
classroom methods. It requires the physical presence of both teacher and
students, with some elements of students control over time, place, path, or pace.
As a teacher blended learning is more efficient. Today blended learning
can help teachers to more accurately assess the student’s knowledge and help
to teach concepts more efficiently. Blended learning improves the efficacy and
efficiency of the entire learning process.

Managing Mental Health During Covid-19 Pandemic
Public health actions, such as social distancing, can make people feel
isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety.
The covid-19 maybe stressful for people Fear and Anxiety about a new
disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and cause strong
emotions in adults and students. Managing our mental health during covid-19 is
very important part of overall health and well-being. It affects how we think, feel
and act. It may also affect how we handle stress, relate others, and make
choices during an emergency.

Theme- Based Teaching and Learning
The essential notion of theme-based teaching is that many different
activities are linked together by their content, the heme or topic runs through
everything that happens in the classroom and acts as a connecting thread for
pupils and teachers.
Through theme-based teaching learning, students learn through a theme
they are learning in context. This not only helps students understands what they
are learning and why they are learning it but also to attach ideas and skills to
specific contexts, Consequently, this helps students remember what they have
learned.

Thematic encourages the involvement of students through topics relevant
to them. Children are able to relate real-world experiences and build on prior
knowledge of a topic. Thematic teaching also helps teachers teach different
learning styles of our students.

Optimizing and Learning Experience through Modular
In my reflection of Optimizing Learning Experience through Modular.
Since we are experiencing this Pandemic. The schools especially the public
schools decided to go modular. It’s easy to facilitate teaching and learning.
Parents could understand more so with the pupils because of easy instructions.

Offline Learning Opportunities Implementing Modular Approach
Implementing Modular Approach is useful this time of Pandemic, Modular
Instructions is an alternative instructional material based on needs of the
students. Students engage themselves in learning concepts presented in the
module. They develop a sense of responsibility in accomplishing tasks provided
in module.

It refers to the educational process of relating the curriculum to a particular

indigenous materials found in the community.

Remote Psychological First Aid during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Psychological First Aid is a method of helping people in distress, so they
feel calm and supported to cope better with their challenges. It is a way of
assisting someone to manage their situation and make informed decisions. The
basis of Psychological First Aid is caring about the person in distress and
showing empathy. It involves paying attention to reactions, active listening and if
needed, practical assistance such as problem solving, help to access basic
needs or referring to further options for assistance. PFA also promotes health
coping and provides feeling of safety, calming and hope.
