Subject: TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF FAIRVIEW OPERATIONS

Dear _____________,

Due to a series of unforeseen and unfortunate events caused by the Global

Pandemic Covid-19, the Company has suffered serious business losses and reverses
which resulted into one of its client, operating in Fairview, to pull out and abruptly end
its services with iQor Philippines Inc.

Granting that majority of iQor Fairview’s operation and its continuity is heavily
dependent with the business of this client, the stability of the Company’s operation was
severely affected which resulted to a decision by the management to temporarily shut
down the Fairview Site.

This event has caused all operations from stopping leading to the temporary
stoppage of all services inside the Fairview Site.

Considering the foregoing situation, it is with much regret to inform you that
starting ____________, iQor Fairview will be temporarily closing the site primarily due
to the reason as stated above. For the meantime, we will not be requiring any support
staff to report to the office including the clinic personnel beginning May 9, 2020 at 6:00
in the morning until further notice.
