Commission Agreement

This Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of

__________________ by and between, ____________________ ("Principal"), of legal
age. single/married, with home address at _______________ and Glenn Chat Manarin
("Agent"), of legal age, married, with home address at 112 Toclong 2-B Imus, Cavite.

1. The Principal is the lawful owner of a land located at

___________________________ and covered by TCT#_________________;
2. The Principal desires to sell this land and for this purpose have appointed his
Agent to look for a potential buyer;
3. That the Agent is willing to look for a buyer subject to the payment of a 5%
commission based on the gross selling price of the land.

Therefore, the parties agreed as follows:

BEST EFFORT OF AGENT. Agent agrees to perform faithfully, and to the best of his
ability, all of the duties that may be required by the Principal to be done relative to the
sale of the aforementioned land.

COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEE. As compensation for the services provided by the

Agent under this Agreement, both parties have agreed that the Principal will make
commission payments to the Agent based on 5% of the gross sale. This amount will
paid in lump sum after the Principal received the payment from the buyer.
