You are hereby notified to immediately cease and desist from further
spreading any incorrect, false and inaccurate information and
news against _______________ (“Company”) relative to its current
condition with COVID-19.
Among other things, we have noted that from the original post you
have made, changes were implemented such as from the three
deceased employees, you have changed the same to one deceased
employee.
To be clear, this post was made without providing nor validating the
same with any credible source nor consulting it formally with the
Company before posting it on Facebook.
In a similar manner, you are accusing the Company for not reporting
and coordinating Covid-19 related matters to the Local City Health
Office nor to its employees which we vehemently deny.
This was shared and circulated through social media to the extreme
prejudice of the Company.

Under Articles 353 of the Revised Penal Code it provides for the
definition, requirement and penalty for libel to wit:
That Under Republic Act No. 10175 Sec 4.(c) par 4 and Sec 7 states
to wit:
Failure to comply with this cease and desist request will leave the
Company no other alternative but to pursue all available legal
remedies, including but not limited to, the filing of the appropriate
criminal/civil case against you.
