COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

Come now the parties, assisted by their respective counsel,


unto this Honorable Court, respectfully submit herein their
Compromise Agreement.

In order to preserve unity, peace, harmonious relationship


and for the best interest of parties being related by affinity, they
have voluntarily agreed as follows;

1. They wish to put an end to this case now pending before this
Honorable Court;

2. The parties hereby waive all claims and counterclaim they


may have as against each other, whether present, real or
inchoate.

3. It is the essence of this agreement that the parties


endeavour to maintain and bring back the good relations
between and among them; to this end, the parties shall not
file any action or proceedings as against each other rooted
upon or connected with the issues raised in this case.

4. Immediately effective upon the signing of this agreement,


the defendant, without need of demand, shall give the
amount of Forty Thousand Pesos (Php40,000.00)in cash to
the Complainant as disturbance compensation.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed
that this compromise agreement, not contrary to law, morals,
public policy and public order, be approved in the interest of
justice and the case against the defendant be DISMISSED.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are


likewise prayed for.
