COMES NOW, the Complainant __________________, unto

this Honorable Office, most respectfully states that:

1. On 21 July 2020, the Complainant filed a Motion for

Reconsideration for the Resolution dated 14 February 2020
by the Honorable Public Prosecutor dismissing the instant
Complaint.

2. After receiving legal counseling, the Complainant has

decided to secure the services of a legal counsel to properly
guide him in the re-filing of the appropriate criminal charges
against the Respondent.

Service by Post

A copy of this pleading could not be served personally upon the

Respondent because of COVID-19 movement restrictions.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Complainant prays

that this Honorable Office grant this Motion to Withdraw the
Complainant’s Motion for Reconsidration dated 21 July 2020 without
prejudice to the re-filing of an appropriate criminal complaint.

Other remedies are likewise prayed for.
