will use. In the case of work done within a group of learners where this is allowed and/or provided for,

I am aware that being a learner in the Architecture Program, my facilitators and co-learners will have
access to my personal data available in the course site. I am also aware that, as part of the quality
assurance mechanisms of my academic unit, administrative and academic officials may conduct
random visits of this course site and our learning sessions in order to observe our classes. I
understand that they have access to data on my academic performance in the course and my online
academic portfolio so they may use these to help determine any additional support I may need in
order to successfully complete all course requirements and meet set standards, and improve the
overall Architecture Program.
