    The Huacachina
    The Huacachina lagoon is an oasis located in Ica, Peru.

    The Huacachina lagoon is located in the middle of the desert, it has bright green
    waters. It is a very popular tourist place on the coast of Peru, the huacachina
    was formed due to the outcrop of underground currents. Around the lagoon
    there is a lot of vegetation for example as palm trees, eucalyptus plants, trees,
    and the carob plant. Due to the abundant vegetation, different types of birds
    arrive here.

    Its great attraction as a natural paradise, the warm climate prevailing all year
    round, its picturesque sky and its accesible prices.

    La Huacachina is one of the most important and exclusive destinaition in Peru,


    it is one of the most beautiful destinations in Lima, its landscape is tranquil and
    you can also take tours of the dunes.

    One of the main attractions of the Huacachina oasis is sandboarding, which is


    practiced in the desert. Tourists arrive with their boards surfing or in the tubular
    cars to enjoy the dunes.
