Project Assignment (20 Marks)

Design a supply chain strategy for a global MNC

headquartered in the US that is planning an India entry in
the following sector :
Group I – FMCG.
Group II – Pharmaceutical.
Group III – Automotive.
Group IV – Retail.
Group V – Apparel.
Group VI – Grocery e-Commerce.
The same to be documented in a 15-20 page report (Arial
12 single space, excluding data, graphs, charts, tables,
bibliography etc.) & presented over 20 minutes on the last
day of the course.
Submission – Soft copy of report & ppt along with
downloaded material used for the report.
