Guidelines for Internship Aspirants: Summer 2020

1. Introduction: Institute for Integrated Rural Development (IIRD) offers a wide range of exposure to the
students / aspirants for undergoing internship programme with the organisation. The exposure to the
interns include:
a. Understanding Industry and its Working System
b. Understanding societal problems and concept of holistic development
c. Participating in some common-good initiatives
d. Understanding the daily productivity and reporting system
e. Finally helping you to make your individual assessment in terms of i) Consistency in
work; ii) Learning Satisfaction; iii) Productivity and Your Personal Gain
With the above exposure and skill enhancement, this internship will entitle you for (i)
Certificate of Internship; (ii) Stipend of Rs. 2000/- per month (subject to completing
mandatory assignments) and (iii) Incentive on outcome of Social Media Promotion.

2. Certified Training Opportunities: Apart from the above Internship, IIRD, being NSDC Partner
also offers an OPTIONAL training programme (NSDC Certified) as per the following details:

3. Application Portal: In order to have this wide exposure and experience, we encourage you to
apply online through our portal https://recruitment.missionriev.in/ . Also please be patient
enough to complete the process as this portal will take you to multiple levels and will
complete the basic orientation, preliminary test, written interview, uploading basic
documents like Aadhaar, PAN and highest qualifications, bank account details. The formal
letter of Internship will also get generated through the portal for those who complete the
process.

4. Working Platform: All the interns will be working through a different portal
(https://v3riev.missionriev.in) and the distinguished login credentials shall be shared by the
organisation. Against the assigned tasks as per the portal, the interns shall work during the
day and update the portal by the evening on daily basis.

5. Performance Appraisal: The performance shall be appraised against Process and Outcome
Indicators to be shared with you while Online Induction Training detailing working guidelines.

6. Token Payment: Importantly, the portal will ask you to transfer a token amount of Re. 1/-
online from your account to ascertain your bank details required for transferring your periodic
stipends / incentives to your account.

7. Optional Training Fee: Those interested in undergoing any of the training programmes,
need to transfer the complete prescribed fee online instead of Re. 1/-while applying.

8. Formal Letter: Those issued with the Formal Letter of Internship through online.

9. Timeline: Those applying within 3 days shall get invitation to join a Webinar on 17th June 2020.

10. Jurisdiction: If there is any kinds of the dispute arising out of the internship arrangement or the
associated training programme or any aspect thereof, it shall be subject to the Shimla jurisdiction only.
