PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

All workers responsible to carry out the installation works are informed that the following
attire must be worn at all times:

i.) Wear only Long Pants and No Short Pants are allowed
ii.) Wear only Long Sleeve/Short Sleeve Shirts/T-shirts and No singlet is allowed
iii.) Wear only Safety Shoes/Boots and No Slippers is allowed
iv.) Safety Helmet
v.) Safety Glass/Goggle
vi.) Safety Mask/Respirator (if working at dusty area)
vii.) Safety Harness & Vest (if working at height on horizontal movement)
viii.) Full body Harness (if working at height on vertical and horizontal movement)
ix.) Torn clothing is not allowed
