Order   dated   22.07.2019   has   not   been   complied   with.   Defendant

no.3/Harish Saxena has not appeared in person. This court requires the appearance of
D­3/Harish Saxena in person. Counsel for D­3 states that D­3 suffered from paralytic
attack few days back. 
Counsel for D­3/Harish Saxena is directed to place medical documents
within 20 days on record. 
Before proceeding further, this court once again requires appearance of
plaintiff and all defendants in person for examination under order 10  read with section
151 of Evidence Act. 
Proposed   issues   may   be   placed   on   record   by   parties.   Affidavit   of
admission   and   denial   of   documents   be   placed   on   record   by   parties   and   copies   be
exchanged. 
Relist for compliance as above  on 24.02.2020.
