c. Main points to deliver [outline> focus> proceeding organised way]
d. How you want to see your audience after your presentation. [objective> feedback]
e. Venue [Where you are going to present]
f. Get to know your equipment
g. Time, date and day
h. Check your time constrains [remove the non-essential part to justify]
i. Dressing is important [Dress= language, it creates you impression, credibility]

Topic Presentation Skills:
Every presentation has three parts
1. Beginning (Introduction)

i. Always greet people – Attention from the audience

ii. Introduce yourself.

iii. Try to talk about something interesting. Joke, Anecdote, cliché, rhetoric question, so that you
can establish connectivity or link with the audience.

iv. Tell your audience regarding your topic.

v. Set your limits = how much time you’ll take, scope of topic ets.

vi. Announce your outline = It is important to organise your presentation.


vii. Ask questions and comments from audience = for better feedback and to determine the level
of connectivity.
