Kingpin Warranty

International Corporation, P.O. Box 327, 1770 Hayes Street, Grand Haven
Michigan 49417 (hereafter called “ ”) warrants its Kingpin products under normal use
and service to be free from defects in Materials or Workmanship for a period of 5 Years from
the date of Manufacture. This warranty does not cover failures due to the following:

-Improper Installation

-Misuse

-Accidents

-Intentional Modifications

-Lack of Maintenance

PURCHASER’S REMEDY: ‘s sole obligation under this warranty will be to

replace any part which shall be returned and examined by and determined by
to be defective. The purchaser must pay freight and/or other transportation charges to and
from or its authorized repair facility. will not assume any charges for
repairs made by anyone other than or its authorized repair facilities. Prior
authorization is required before commencing any warranty repairs.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES: No other express or implied warranty is made

by , and in particular makes NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: The purchaser’s remedy stated above shall be exclusive

for any and all claims against whether based on contract, negligence, tort, or any
other theory. In no event shall be liable for any consequential damages, including,
without limitation vehicle downtime and cargo loss, which may result from any defect or
failure of the product.
