I asked a pregnant women that she is my relative. she¶s living in Takeo province. I ask
her through the phone. She told me about my question.

 The best thing about being pregnant include:


 or her knows that she¶s carrying a little baby inside of her.
She love about being pregnant is not getting period for 9 whole months.
The feeling their first movements or kicks is the best feeling. It is excellent feeling and
letting her know that they are alive and saying hello mum.
The starts talking or playing with some certain toy bubs wakes up and starts moving
around.
She is eating food for baby and not worry about gaining weigh, she was still really
skinning with this cute little belly and she love the attention too health baby.
 She like least about being pregnant include:
She hate feeling a beached whale every part of her (from may ankles to her boobs) is
swollen, bloated and big.
The morning sickness, it suck to be nauseated all the time. She always dizzy, headache
that make her bored.
She always stressed and worried about baby if her baby is ok.
The insomnia the second she finally get comfortable enough to fall asleep she wakes up
and have to pee.
She is afraid when she going to hospital for her baby¶s birth.
 The special activity that is good for pregnancy such as:
She also need to exercise and watch her weigh as her normally would.
She take care herself when she is traveling.
She takes to her Doctor about existing condition and her family history.
She eats well and check her immunity to Germen, Measles (Rullella), get regulate
medical exams. She always go to health¶s check every week.
4. The kind of activity that her avoid because her is pregnancy include:
She is any activity that puts her at risk for falling or increase the chance of trauma to her
abdomen.
arry some risk, don¶t do many exercise can harm her baby. Avoid running, becoming
overheated.
She maintain climbing or scuba, waters killing, surfing, tanning that put her at risk for
falling.

She should not eat too much or rapidly too eat.


Activity is most appropriate for her situation and save the heavy duty exercise.
Don¶t too many work that loss energy, it¶ll probably feel pretty tired at time that can
seriously.
5. The kind of food that is good for pregnancy who should be intake such as:
The food that eat plenty protein, she encouraged to eat all types of food that are
available in her community despite commonly held belief that pregnant women are not
able to eat certain food.
The meals should include a greater amount and variety of locally available food such as:
meat fish, oil, nuts, seed, been curd, beans ,tofu, vegetable etc...
 ood high in Iron (meat, liver ,beans, chicken, tofu) and folic acid (green leafy
vegetables, fruits ,juices)should be increase.
If salt is used while cooking, it should be iodized.
ooked meat and cooked shellfish can be eaten, raw vegetables and fruits are safe if
washed well.
To drink plenty of water or eat other fruits, the additional calories and Iron and foliate
supplementation.
· The kind of food that her avoid for pregnancy include:
She is not eaten the raw meat and raw selfish by anyone.
Do not be drink alcohol, the food that have high salt, have spicy, have sweet, haven high
cholesterol.
She not eat junk food, vitamin A supplement not eat. Do not take illegal Drugs. She
doesn¶t smoke.
 She is going to give birth to her baby in hospital Because: 
hen she delivery in hospital, she will get good safe from doctor or Midwife. She will
get take care from hospital, will have confidence for her birth baby. otherwise th improve
maternal care and improve baby care.
All health professional have a responsibility to help all women that delivery, In hospital,
she spent a chaps than in clinic and insurance health give have welfare. Other reason in
hospital have many equipment then clinic and other place when she has a problem.
 She is going to feed her baby by breast milk because:
Breast milk is perfect source of nutrients for infant, it has plenty protein that have
nutrient supplements such as vitamin D, Iron, luoride ect...than formula feed milk.
Breast milk enzymes (lipase) prevent infection. It protect excessive weigh gain and
positive effect on intelligence than formula milk is potential benefit.
it help protect antibody but formula milk not protect antibody. baby can develop rapidly.
help protect allergy and disease, the infant have good healthy than in take formula milk.
 The first few weeks after her give birth to her baby, the person help during the first is
her husband and her parents.
