    📌A BRANCH is an organization that sells goods out of a stock that it maintains and that
    possesses the authority to engage in transactions as an independent business unit. A branch is a
    part of a parent organization; which are opened to perform the same business operations as
    performed by the parent company, to increase their reach. Reports to the head office and
    liabilities extends to the parent company.

    📌A FRANCHISE/franchises are rights to sell a specific brand of products or services in a certain


    geographic area. It is a type of license that a party (franchisee) acquires to allow the party to
    sell a product or provide a service under the business's name.

    📌A SUBSIDIARY, subsidiary company or daughter company is a company that is owned or


    controlled by another company. Ot may or may not conduct the same business as parent
    organization. Reports to the holding company and liabilities limited to the subsidiary.
