with consistent, positive emotional reward that’s an automatic result, and not
something we have to force onto ourselves.

knowledge in my brain and check my Facebook timeline for now.
□ I’m not sure, but I’ll probably forget this before the day ends, because right
now I'm mostly worried about what's going to happen on The Bold and the
Beautiful today.
