you want to deal with that.

Pre-Made
Templates & Journals
Introduction
I’m including a bunch of the daily structures for some of the most popular pre-made
template journals out there, just to help give you ideas. Keep in mind what the “goal” of
some of the journals are, and the way the structures serve that goal. Also look for overlaps
(e.g., “gratitude” is clearly the most popular prompt, by far.)
I’m not including the full templates, for obvious reasons (it’d be a huge jerk move, and
not even that useful, given I’m just trying to give you ideas for a basic daily structure). I’m
only including the basic daily stuff, and I’m only including it if the info is freely available
from the journals’ respective websites.
I am also including links for each of these. If you are interested in using an exact
structure, just buy the darn journal and start there, since most of them also do weekly or
monthly reviews, and things like that. (I prefer to look ahead or look back on things based
on when I think I need it. But that might be an example where you prefer more structure
than I do!)

The Mastery Journal repeats the above for FOUR total sessions. Then there is a section to “add up” your
productivity scores, calculate a mean or average, and keep ongoing score. Personally, I’m not actually a
huge fan of all that measuring and number crunching, but it might be your thing.

PROMPTS & IDEAS
My Recent Wins:
What’s my superpower?
14
What is my number one goal for today?
What is one thing I will do today to help me accomplish [insert longer term goal]?
What is something I can improve today / tomorrow, and how will I do it?
What is one small thing I will do today to improve my relationship with my spouse / friend / family
member?
15
What am I looking forward to today / tomorrow?
What is one small thing I can do today / tomorrow to help someone important to me?
Question Re-Frames
1. What’s one thing I’m not looking forward to doing today / tomorrow?
2. How can I not just do it, but totally blow it out of the water?
2. What can I do to raise that bar to an insanely high level, and still totally believe in it
