Target market:
The main target consumer is the teen. Teens are more expressive of their emotions and show
these through their personal decorations. What they put around them describes their traits and
allows them to communicate themselves to others.
Marketing strategy:
There will be an opening sale and will allow introduction of consumers to our product line and
services. The venture will be introduced through oral conversations and through the company
website. The products will have different designs but about 10 to 5 will be the same. The site
will contain some info on our product line and will contain ways on how to acquire the product.
The Future
Mission Vision:
The company aims to provide good service to the consumers and to ensure that they are
allowed their own self expression. The personnel are to be honest and trustworthy in their
production and distribution of the product. We intend to ensure that there is a mutually
beneficial relationship.
Goals/objectives:
The purpose of the venture is to acquire profit in contrary to selling discreetly priced products to
the customers. The idea is based on the current trends of teens in their search for self
expression and their need to follow these trends. The venture will acquire good profit due to
customer abundance in the business location. The product will be key chains, both custom and
designed by personnel.
The Finances
We will need as much as 1000-500 pesos or less up-front. They will be obtained through the investment
of the workers themselves. We will be using our own money to start up the business and thus will need
to divide up the individual contributions. There may still be possibility of other investors who may want to
take part in the business venture. At the moment, the sole owners will only be us.

Details of management & ownership: The manager will be running the business. The other
parts of the company will be working to make sure of the success of the venture. The owner will
organize the events and prices. The marketing and office managers will count up daily spending
and needs. Every role in the company contributes a share in the capital resources. The share is
divided equally in four ways.
Experience: The manager is a starter in the business, but the chances of success depend on
the other roles in the business. The co-workers are experienced in the use and design of the
product since they themselves are users. Each person is capable of doing the other’s task
despite the absence.

despite that. They are designed attractively and creatively. They will be sold at affordable

characters.
Anticipated demand: The single customer may inform other buyers. The customer is likely to
buy one item for each month. The product will be used for gifts or as souvenirs. The buyers
may buy depending on their current moods and occasions.
Pricing strategy: The prices will be dependent on the amount of resources allocated on one
item. The reason for this is so that there will be a balance on money spent for resources and
income. This also insures profitability.

Production process
The first step in production is our acquisition of the needed resources. There will be
departments in charge of the handicraft work and colouring of the products. The resources will
be acquired through our normal shopping for supplies. The process begins at cutting and
shaping the items. Afterwards, there is a design selected for the blank worksheet and then
colours are applied. After that, they are left to dry.
