Previously materials used to get issued after Checkers execute the Release Flag. After execution of release
flag, there was no control over material movements which means end user, can go on adding more materials
on same order and get it issued from store. This may lead to so many impacts such as misuse and
maintenance cost going beyond the budget allocated. Therefore, involvement of checkers for every material
movement was felt necessary.

Process defined below will now be followed in Maintenance Order:

If some additional components in terms of quantity or totally new components are booked once your
releasing authority has executed the Releasing Flag, following will happen;

1. Makers can add additional components, but message (New item added, Movement Blocked) will appear
as shown in screen shot below;
2. To get your additional component issued from store, only checkers are having authority release the
movements. In order to do that CHECKERS need to perform following operation as shown in screen shots:
(Please note that all the operations are happening in transaction IW32.)
3. After that save the transaction. Please note that unless checkers does that, material will not get
issued through system.
