SUPPLIER RATING BY SHRI RAM ENGG.INDUSTRIES:

SEI expects all the Suppliers to ensure that 100% quality products are delivered. The
supplies rating is derived as given below

1. Quality Rating for Suppliers ( QR)

4. Premium Freight Rating ( PF ) :

Supplier Performance Rating

SPR = 0.40 QR + 0.35 DR + 0.1 CCR + 0.05 PF + 0.1 FFR

After calculating the supplier quality rating, further action is made and communicated to the supplier as
follows:

4. Less Than 50% C Unsatisfactory Warn the supplier ( Telephonic ) and
Monitor performance for Next Two Lots ,
If no Improvement , Stop the supply and
seek for another Source .
