MOTION TO FILE AMENDED PETITION

Petitioner through counsel alleges:

1. That on January 18, 2018, the herein petition was filed before this Board;
2. That the allegations pertains to the transfer of the name of the permitee from
SOCRATED A. CONDE (7H Water Supply) to ELENA P. CONDE (H2G
Water Supply) against the parties above;
3. That there is a need to supplement some allegations in the petition for purposes
of evidence and intent that are necessary during trial;
4. That in order to conceptualize the whole picture of the petition, petitioner is
constraint to introduce some amendments thereto;
5. That this motion is filed in good faith and it’s not for delay;

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Board that this motion is

granted and that the amended petition attached hereto be admitted as integral part of the record.

Such other relief and remedies are likewise prayed for.
