Assalaam U alaikum and a very good afternoon .

I am Huma Tu Zahra of grade -11 and I am standing for the post of the headgirl.

I strongly believe that “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become
more , then you are a leader ” because leadership is not about being incharge , but rather its about
taking care of those you are incharge of”

And this is what I intend to do.

I have been a part of WSR since grade 7 and therefore I think this is the perfect opportunity to give back
as WSR has played a vital role in making me the person I am today. At WSR I have been in various
leadership positions such as the ISCR, SCR, community service and internship leader and many more

I know that being a head girl is a challenging role but I want to graduate knowing that I have
done something to change this school for the better. Being the head girl requires a lot of
sacrifices, hard work, tolerance and gratitude but I believe that I can do it

I am one of those people who feels to be actively making a difference, no matter how big or
small it is . And being a headgirl would be an excellent platform me to do it.

Now one of the main things that I intend to do if I become the headgirl is to form a joint school
management committee with both teachers and students as members. This way students
become partners in the management and development of School. It will be a
common ground where you can bring students problems to teachers’ notice and
vice versa to resolve issues to everyone’s satisfaction. Students also will feel a sense
of ownership and responsibility towards the school.
