WITHDRAWAL LETTER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

First and foremost I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for considering and accepting me as
member of the ZAMSURGOFEMCO COOPERATIVE.

Nonetheless, I am writing this letter to inform your office that I am withdrawing my

membership in ZAMSURGOFEMCO COOPERATIVE in Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. I have
been a member for quite a number of years in ZAMSURGOFEMCO COOP. Hence, I enjoyed
meeting all the members and learning more innovative community programs the cooperative is
planning.

However, this past few days I beset a problem, it came hard for me to continue my membership
in the cooperative for I am very busy in managing my business. I have been thinking it several
times and after careful consideration I decided to focus on my business which match for my
interest at this point of time.

I am fervently hoping and wishing that this letter be given attention.
