JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Carry out the Welding work in the planned times and costs
2. Ensure the proper implementation of approved operating procedures
3. Ensure that safety standards are respected
4. Ensure that production quality and quantity standards are observed and issue the hand-over of
completed works
5. Carry out the welding qualification procedure and welder qualification tests when required
6. Carry out the welders repairs or cosmetic weld toe adjustment in case of errors or defects
7. Clean welds after each pass
8. Perform a preliminary check of the welds after completion
9.Maintain a good housekeeping of his working place reducing the environmental footprints
10. Respect environments and environmental rules.
11. Ensure adeguate handling and storage of welding consumables.
12. Knowledge and application of welding techniques ( SMAW)
