Roles & Responsibilities:

Tunneling Projects – Experience:

1. Perform appropriate supervision for the construction of bored tunnel in accordance with project specification,
approved construction and shop drawings with relevant Building Control Acts and regulations.
2. Involved in supervision of initial drive items including shaft construction, Tunnel eye construction etc.
3. Involved in TBM assembly
4. Drive the TBM according to the instruction sheet
5. Involved in quality check on primary and secondary grouting qualities
6. Preparation of segments for each ring according to the instruction sheet
7. Closely supervising the ring build
8. Measure and Check steps and lips and prepare the record and get approval from QP(s) team
9. Involved in CHI with compressed air
10.Involved in all rectification works i.e., repair of damage segments and PU grouting for the water leaking segments
11.Monitoring of site safety status and ensure the effectiveness implementation of site safety measures are properly
executed on site
12. Maintain all the site records and drawings
13. Prepare daily report at regular interval and or as
directed. 14.Apply daily PTW

Sewer line and pipe jacking experience:

1. Perform appropriate supervision for the construction of sewer line tunnel in accordance with project specification,
approved construction and shop drawings with relevant Building Control Acts and regulations.
2. Involved in supervision of site preparation and shaft construction
3. Drive the TBM according to the instruction sheet
4. Preparing and arranging of the pipe for each ring excavation.
5. Supervise the ground for sink hole and take immediate action if need

 6. Prepare and maintain daily site report and safety report
7. Conduct daily toolbox meeting and explain RA and SWP to worker to obtain safety.
8. Apply daily PTW based on site activities
