RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitoring Overall Project Quality Control/Quality Assurance.

2. Monitoring Concrete Batching Plant.
3. Inspection of Incoming Material along with Client.
4. Tests conducted for all incoming material and field tests in presence of client/PMC.
5. Fine Aggregate Testing: Gradation Analysis, Silt Content, Specific Gravity & Water Absorption,
Bulk Density.
6. Coarse Aggregate: Gradation Analysis, Impact Value, Flakiness and elongation Index, Specific
Gravity & Water Absorption, Bulk Density.
7. Cement Testing: Standard Consistency, Initial Setting, final setting and compressive strength of
cement mortar.
8. Concrete Test: workability test, take cubes for Compressive strength.
9. Witness of trial Mixes at RMC Plant
10. Training conducted to work men, supervisor before upcoming construction activities.
11. Carry out trial mix, and establish mix design with standard deviation calculation.
12. Pre pour checking and post pour of concrete checks
13. Record all test results and maintain registers.
14. Tests conducted in presence of client and obtained signature.
15. Coordination with all site teams, Client and HO.
16. Coordinate for Calibration of instruments and maintain calibrated certificates update.
