Following my mother’s telephone conversation with the Converge Customer


Service Line a week ago, I am writing to give details about our sudden internet
disconnection which happened last Tuesday - August 24,, 2020. Our family initially
decided to install your internet service because we think that this is the best choice for
the requirements of Online Learning. My siblings and I are really satisfied with the fast
connection speed; but in this particular situation, we had a hard time adjusting since
there was no given notice about the disconnection beforehand. Because of what
happened, we had no choice but to transfer to my grandmother’s house to continue with
our lessons that day. As a student, this really became a struggle and I want to help my
mother contact your company. I have enclosed the address of my location, and
hopefully the problem can be addressed. We are aware that it is common to experience
these types of dilemmas during pandemic, and we understand that the service is doing
their best to attend to our needs.
In this regard, may I request for your kind staff to be able to look into this matter. I
am looking forward to your consideration and response. I do hope that you will not see
this as a failure on your part, but as a betterment for all of us.
