- Electronic Bulletin : Notice of Awards, opportunities, notifications
or amendments: are shown here
- Subscriber’s Registry : to check if need magregister / Directory.
(not registered, no award) = if they are eligible to participate
*Registration of an agency is ONE TIME ONLY. Register as a
Buyer and User?

 GOP-OMR
- Directory : Information , Eligibility docs
- Eligibility of the docs of the supplier is the BAC’s
responsibility, not PHILGEPS. For application purposes
only. NON-DISCRETIONARY PURPOSES.
- Platinum Member = Certificate of Registration, valid for 1 year
w/ capabilities to submit docs online for bidding. ONLINE =
HARD COPY. Hence, suppliers must also update. (Note:
Delay / to follow COR, then accept initial docs e.x. Mayor’s
Permits)
- GPPB is conducting FREE conferencing or free trainings
for updates, online.
- Update: suppliers are NOT mandated to secure COR or
upgrade for the following alternative modes of
