    cab and REACH -


    the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council
    concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation
    and Restriction of Chemicals.

    According to The Regulation of the European Parliament and Council concerning the
    Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (EC No. 1907/2006)
    cab as an industrial manufacturer/supplier is counted among the downstream users (DU)
    and sells only articles which are subject to the REACH regulation.

    cab is constantly in close contact with its suppliers in order to be informed about their
    latest REACH-status.

    According to cab‘s current state of knowledge cab‘s products do not contain Substances
    of Very High Concern (SVHC) in a concentration of more than 0,1% weight by weight (w/w)
    as listed in the Candidate List dated 15th of June 2015.

    The Candidate List of the ECHA dated 17th of December 2015 was expanded to include
    some new substances. In order to clear whether such substances are contained in our pro-
    ducts we took the according action. We will update this statement after feedback of our
    suppliers.
