Project Name: Benchmarks Data Analysis & Services

Project Description:
Benchmarks Product produce reports to clients and peers at a frequency daily, monthly and quarterly with
which Brokers performances are determined, Risk and Post Trade functions (PTA) are analyzed,
Counterparty Trade matching gets verified. Migration to AWS Cloud front & SnowFlake DataWarehousing
solutions are incorporated as a part of this project where data from multiple source systems we extracted
though a holistic module and are then reported.
Project Role: Senior Cloud Developer
 Architected and developed Snowflake DataWarehousing solutions.
 Developed agnostic Lambda functions with Perl and Python to perform Data Extraction across

banking and customer finance services. As a SAS Programmer I worked with Business people to analyze
the demographic credit card customer base and forecast risk associated with each customer segment. This
allowed Risk Managers and Analysts to communicate risk measures across the enterprise, made the
decision-making process easy for the senior managers. The goal of the project is maximizing the profitability
and efficiency.

Worktime is an initiative that can be used to provide the associate information regarding his day to day
activities in the organization. Work Week has been considered first as part of this initiative and this would
serve as a starting point for various other systems that track Associate related information to be included to
inculcate self monitoring and regulation at an associate level.
This project covers various views that the associate can use to quickly compare his behavioral pattern with
respect to Working Hours with his peers in the organization. Various associate pools are considered to
assess how cognizant an Associate is in the Organization.

Project Name: EWS – HR Predictive Analytics

Project Description:
The core of the EWS Dashboard is a predictive analytics/statistical model built based on historical data. The
model provides probability of an associate separating from the Organization and the factors which influence
the separation action and the strength of the influence of each of the factors on the separation action.
The output from the model provides the Talent Manager an indicative list of associates who are in the high
risk category. It also provides the attitude the associate has come to have on each of the factors providing
an indicator for which retention measures are needed. Furthermore the correlation co-efficient provide an
indicator of the strength of influence each factor has on the overall probability guiding the choice of the
retention action.
