Dear Ms. Del Mundo,

Our records show that you have not reported for work since 5 June 2010 without any prior
notice, permission or explanation on your part.

Your unauthorized absences have affected our business operations considering the functions
that you perform in our business.

Under Sec. 3 (e) of our Code of Conduct and under the employment contract that you have
signed with us, an unexplained absence of five (5) days constitutes job abandonment and
signifies an intention to severe employment relations with the company.

For this reason, you are directed to report for work within forty-eight (48) hours from today.
Failure on your part to report within the aforementioned period will demonstrate a clear
intention on your part to severe your employment with our company. At the very least, it is
a ground for disciplinary action.
