    Name of the Rule : Allow Notepad Program to send and receive packets.

    Select Inbound rules in Advanced Firewall settings

    Create new Inbound Rule

    Select Program option and chose the path of Notepad program

    Allow the connection and choose the profile needed and save

    Set the name of Rule as given in qp
