Dear Ma’am:

As you are aware, the cases of pandemic in our country is rising as here in our region. Due
to this situation, I regret to inform you that I would like to render my resignation as server
effective immediately.

My decision was thoroughly made because of the fact that I have 2 senior citizen living
with me in one household and I cannot risk their health since I’ll be using public transportation
from time to time as well as my role as a server requires me to interact with people despite strict
health protocols.

I thank you and the management for giving me the opportunities you have presented as a
strategic career move. It has been a great pleasure to work and represent a company who values
the comfort of its guests and employees. I will treasure every memories and learnings that I gain
and encounter. I do hope that we can stay in touch as business colleagues, and I look forward
working with you again and I wish you all the best for the future.
