The Emergency Aid and the Appointed Person course is
designed to train individuals and company staff that require MAX CLASS SIZE:
appointed person training in basic first aid skills. 24 Candidates (with 2 instructors)

This course will provide first aid skills necessary to manage a

patient that is not breathing normally, is unconscious or is
bleeding prior to the arrival of the emergency services. Initial Training: 4 hours
Retraining time: 4 hours
The Emergency Aid and the Appointed Person course is
designed to meet the recommendations of the HSE Health ASSESSMENT:
and Safety at Work Regulations for Appointed Persons in the Continuous by instructor

CERTIFICATE EXPIRY:
This course has not been replaced by Emergency First Aid at
Work. Depending on the degree of hazard and number of 3 years from date of completion
employees in your work place this qualification may be all
