1. Reporting Day
 Parents look upon the card of their son/daughter and attached signature to
it.
2. Collection
 Update the collection for Homeroom Project.
 Announced the students/parents who are not yet paid for the said
contribution.
3. Homeroom PTA Project
 Presented Wall Pan and Electric Pan as one their projects for the
classroom.
4. Presentation of Schedule for the upcoming school activities
 Teacher gave list/ schedule for the upcoming school activities such as
-Alay Lakad 2018 amounting of Php10.00 per students
-As agreed, upon by the curriculum, the contribution for INTRAMURAL
MEET 2018 is Php40.00. This amount will be use as financial assistance
for the athlete’s snacks, fare and other matters.
5. Student's needs, progress and achievement
 Adviser and parents talked about the learners’ performance and behavior
during class hour and inside the classroom.
6. Others
 Update parents immediately about student’s status.

 As per order, the teacher elected SET of HOMEROOM PTA Classroom
Officers for SY. 2019-2020.
 Election is done through voting system. And results are as follows:

 Parents suggested an amount of Php125.00 for their Homeroom Project.

3. Student's progress and behavior

 Adviser and parents talked about the learners’ behavior during class
discussion and inside the classroom.
4. Others
 Students’ scheduled for the past 2 weeks that caused for the parents if why
most of the time there is no classes.
