+Polymer dissolving device
u Polymer dissolving device is composed of mixing device, solution tank, and 3 sets of mixers.
CD The mixing device uses rotational flow hopper where water flows into from tangential
direction. In the rotational flow hopper, the water forms a rotational water curtain, the
dry polymer will be soaked and mixed in advance, and then they will flow into the
precast mixing tank.
(D The tank body has three tanks, and they are precast mixing tank, homogeneous
slaking tank and solution storage tank. There Is a baffle and an overflow weir plate
between each tank. During the solutlon preparation, the solution flows from the
bottom of the baffle to the upper of the weir plate, and then overflows into the next

direclly. The tanks are fully sealed, and each tank is equipped with the cover which
