Dear Mr. DeMartinis:

We have received a copy of the Inspection Report dated July 21, 2020, and your email of
Monday, August 3, 2020, with the list asking that we address 10 items from the report. These
items will be addressed by the Contractor who renovated the small house on the Property.
Unfortunately he was not able to get into the larger house due to the Tenant’s concerns with
Covid-19. The identiied items will be addressed. Kindly move forward with the required FHA
inspection as soon as possible. Mr. Mazzei will arrange access again and will begin to address
the items listed in your email. Please also advise regarding the status of the Buyer’s mortgage
application.
