Thanks for the message, and we'd be happy to discuss the project with you.

Unfortunately I'm out of the office next week, but I've copied our inspections manager Levi Gates who is familiar
with this property. If you'd like a call next week he is available. I can find time the week of October 19th if you'd
prefer to speak with me; specifically, anytime on October 20th between 10-3pm.

I am a manager for the inspections division in the Development Services Department for the
City of San Antonio. We are reviewing the status of a foundation repair on the structure
located at 1006 Wyoming Street, San Antonio, TX 78203. We received your letter dated
February 25, 2020 stating the construction observed by individuals from your office was in
general conformance with your design/construction documents or engineering guidance and
the 2018 IRC. Since receiving the letter, our inspectors have made multiple inspections on
the structure and have concerns with the construction methods. We would like to schedule a
WebEx meeting to present our findings and discuss our concerns with the structure.

Please let me know if you are available for a 30 min WebEx meeting the morning of
October 13, 14, or 15. If so, please let me know what date and time works best for you and I
